Mixed-Use Building

Location: 25 High Street, Milford CT

Project Statement:

The city of Milford is a “small city with a big heart,” but does it host opportunities for the community to grow? Sustainability elements are featured in Milford with their accommodation to transportation and nature, but the community lacks a sense of inclusion for everyone. With the intent to promote a community that includes all ages, this multiuse building will accommodate families with an affordable place to live and instill the celebration of the children of Milford.
